    Outcall screening instructions:  You must either send a recent provider reference- name and email or send a picture of you holding your driver's license next to your face I'm not interested in your address but the rest of the license must be visible “YOUR NAME” along with a picture of an insurance card, business card or Sam's club card or any other card with your name on it. Referrals can take longer. Some providers are not referral friendly.  It’s your responsibility to contact your referral to make sure she is referral friendly. 

            

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:  Same-day cancellations require a 50 % cancellation fee.

Please note:  Travel fees may apply according to distance. I will also fly to you for any dates 4 hours or longer. All travel costs must be covered in advance along with a deposit by you.

Before Meeting:

Upon Arrival:  Please place the donation in an unsealed envelope and leave it in the powder room. If at any point, you have to terminate the date early, the donation is non-refundable as I value your time, please value mine.  Also, dates canceled within a 24-hours may require a fee before booking the next date.
